Very bad customer service. Still hanging on phone. Two hours later. Telstra should have upgraded Foxtel box but can't get anyone to fix problem. considering cancelling telstra and foxtel.

Bloody useless, no internet and pitiful phone service, been trying since SEPTEMBER2020 to fix this issue, but telstra keep closing our cases. 3 calls to the ombudsman, media seems to be the next stop. Telstra needs to stop saying they cover most of australia, because they dont give a rats a## about country areas!!!

My mum now’s legally blind has been waiting to get her connected FINALLY she has but Telstra hasn’t given her a phone number which is so bloody stupid,I only hope she doesn’t need help before this is fixed. I have tried ringing Telstra have been on hold for more than a hour and then get cut off .might look into another phone company the way this going. Worst experience ever !!!
