I purchased x3 collector tickets for my daughter the day of release for Louis Tomlinson’s concert on 1/11/2019 (original performance was 27/4/20- Covid delayed)
STILL NO TICKETS have arrived, NOBODY FROM TICKETMASTER WILL REPLY TO EMAIL & phones NEVER answered. I’ve been trying to get hold of them for the past year in regards to issue and NOTHING!!! Absolutely ridiculous and crap customer service. Surely even with the Covid restrictions that were in place someone in 1YEAR could have replied or called. Tickets were brought for my daughter n her friends and they devastated at fact I’m now looking at asking for refund as this is very poor & unreliable customer service from Ticketmaster.
Not impressed at all..
Tickets to by the c concert have not arrived before concert date. No contact email address or phone number is given anywhere obvious on their website so I cant follow it up. Googled a few email addresses but no response.
