Must be negative stars for this money sucker, useless company.....
I booked a ride but the driver went onto the wrong location and he cancelled the trip. I was charged NZD $10.94 as an cancellation fee for no fault of me as the idiot driver wasn't able to find the location. Not only I was charged for no service but I was left in so much inconvenience in the middle of the night.
Sick and fed up of calling your support team as it is as useless as the company.They have created the whole system just to suit them but nothing for the customer
I guess its high time that we as a people take on this money sucker and fraudulent company and make it liable for all the hard earned money that it has looted from the innocent people. A law suit should be filed again this company and get it shut.
Frequently used Uber both domestically and overseas. They are excellent drivers who are also amiable and productive. Why are the drivers at this company so much better than those at the nearby taxi companies? Will continue to use Uber exclusively.

Your driver park his car before meeting point, and I walked to get to your driver but sudenly there is a guy from knowhere pass in front of me.
Your driver move the car to meeting point. I walked back to meeting point and YOUR DRIVER FLEW AWAY. I do not know WHAT THE HELL HE DOING!

Three of my last five Uber trips I have been kept waiting on the street with messages claiming the driver is near and will only wait 2 minutes before making extra charges.... after some 10-12 minutes of no-show I get a message saying the driver has cancelled the trip ... tough luck try again. Then to add insult to injury Uber charges me a cancellation fee indicating that I cancelled the trip. This is too regular to be a glitch..... finally Uber offers no facility, either human or online, to complain. Big business, lousy systems and poor customer relations.... I'll get a taxi in future.
I recently had a run in with an extremely rude and offensive drivet. While driving home the uber driver had his indicator on to turn left at a roundabout. I pulled out the the driver came through the roundabout and then abused me. He still had hus indicator on for another 100 meters down the road. Wish i could give 0 stars but not possible. Stay away from uber. Very unprofessional drivers who do not know road rules.
The offshore team have no idea when they don't try to give you answers for my queries, they keep rejecting my legal document, sending my real Australian Citizen and keeping declining without supplying the reason, in my understanding they want the document number when technically they have a full image of it, however all those agents have no clue where to find it or to give you a solution other than saying will email you or a supervisor will call however I never received any email, also at the end of the call they don't hang up so to prevent the survey to come up so I can't provide a bad score on their services
We often got an Uber to our local club which costs between $14 and $18. I was going to order an Uber today and due to an overwhelming demand they had increased the price to $50. This is just plain greed. I understand Uber would have been impacted greatly by Covid but so has everyone. I got a taxi instead and it cost $19. Shame on you Uber! I will never get another Uber
I attended my car service at BMW Doncaster this morning, the first driver came to other side of street, after I rang him, he came and said, you make wrong booking, go to camberwell, have to pay cash $50 doller, I asked how about the money you already charged from my credit card? he left. the second order, no one came, $31 dollor been charged again, when I rang the driver , he said he is at home have day off. I rang the online service, they quickly sent a IT specialist asking me to fill up the from for credit card detail for refund? completely scam.. , could any customer service real person rang me to sort this out ? 0411811863 , thanks
Uber is a very dishonest company! The drive that took me to work on the 14th of August double charged me twice for the trip and when I called the operator she said that they money money was on hold and they do that regularly which is strange because I catch Uber many times and it's the first time it's happened. Why do you need to hold people's money even if it's a small amount. Uber is a dishonest company who people should be wary of!!! Go with Ola or Didi for now on.
