There are at least 5 staff inside the store and at least 3 of them are chatting. The person who made the order for me at the cashier took a long….. time to put the order together he also overcharged me so much. I have to told him which button to press on his order screen. To b whiniest the burger (without pickles or onions) I ordered in the past drive through probably only 2 times correct. All the orders are with lions and pickles they don’t seem to read the specifications carefully at all. Then it was th waiting…. There are about at least 6 customers lining up and 10cars outside waiting at the drive through. The staff are still chatting. There are 3 young chaps at the back of the kitchen chatting and drinking soft drinks. I can’t believe it. After all they forgot the extra burger I ordered. So they have to make it again… a very disapppointing experience here as always I had to say
This store is disgusting to have a staff member call and refer to my daughters as the Black girls was absolute disgusting. Than the staff member who caused distress to may daughters and the employer who was racist than raises her voice at me and causes a scene.
The manager is a THEIF . Payed for food which she forgot in the handing over of ordered when questioned on it she refused to give food And stormed away even when evidence of purchase is provided. Last I checked that is theft ! I payed for food and wasn’t given it and wasn’t refund! Seriously do big companies think they can steal from loyal regular customers! It’s actually sickening to know they can charge me for food and not give what I am paying for . Criminal
No frozens were working this is herrendes would rate zero but I cant nice guy offered me a coke tho
I waited a long time for my order while it was my big order they put it in a very small bag all together,they had forgotten things.The food when I got it was very cold and the service does not wither at all.

I have had so much trouble in the past with not getting what I paid for and not getting the right order that I stopped going to the store. Unfortunately tonight after a long hard day in the yard i stupidly went back to the store and ordered through the drive through. I got home and found that it was totally the incorrect order so had to get back into the car and drive back again. I finally got what I paid for and ordered . Whilst waiting in the store I noticed there was no adult in sight tin charge of these youngsters. 2 other people also came in whilst I was waiting and they also had wrong orders. This time I will not ever go back. Food was like eating cardboard, chips cold and the chicken burger was just slapped together, mostly lettuce and sauce. Disgusting food and service.

Waited more than 20 mins in brive thru line to order 2 mcflurrys only to be told that they only have chocolate ice cream!?!!
