Coles Australia complaints number & email.
Refund policy sucks. 5/10 days if your lucky. Truck broke down yes it happens but coles should honour their orders and deliver the next day. Or give instant refunds. Im sure they can hire a truck if needed or borrow from another store. The delay this week has left people with no food and no money to buy any. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. And to show it as a delayed delivery and not notify you of the cancelled order for Friday until SATURDAY IS DISGRACEFUL.
I give them a big fat 0! I was supposed to receive a delivery between 6pm-8pm and its now 11pm and I am still waiting. They emailed and SMS me earlier stating that my order will arrive 6pm-7pm. And there is no news. Order tracking claims they are preparing order and its not even on its way. Even if it arrived in the next 10 mins the items would have all spoiled by now. I think i am done using COLES. Very unprofessional. The incompetence is very staggering and should NOT be tolerated!!
On the 3rd October 2021 we were encouraged to fill out a Product Investigation form due to a tampered with jar of jam. Many promises have been made of being contacted by Coles "Quality Team". So far we've received nothing. Store Manager - Casey's attitude is off-handed and disrespectful. We have received 3 Messenger automated responses .. e.g. "Thanks for your response, Kim. We're very sorry to hear of this poor experience and we'd like to apologise for the confusion. We've followed this up further with our Quality Team, who'll mail out a written response directly to you. Unfortunately, due to the busy time period this may be expected to take longer than the usual few weeks to arrive. We're sorry for any inconvenience." FEW WEEKS? Really over the Covid excuse .. now 73 days with no outcome regarding foreign substance and lid tampering of the jam jar. Promises of the State Manager contacting us are just shallow and empty .. 3 times we were told the State Manager would contact us.
Suggestion : DON'T GO THROUGH COLES FOR AN INVESTIGATION OF ANY PRODUCT ITEM .. INSTEAD REPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH. Coles you are just money hungry bullies. Coles hasn't a care for customers and are thoroughly disrespectful. Never ever again Coles.
Dear Coles Purchasing Department and Marketing Managers,
I usually buy your Coles Brand of Coconut Water by the Dozen, since you are out of stock in every store I bought the Raw C 2 liter from the dairy cabinet in your Coles store Clayton.
I advise saying that this is product is PUR RUBBISH and should you really market it? NO, it doesn’t taste like coconut water it's just a made-up formula of water with flavoring, I would seriously look at the process of the data on these products and assess the facts.

LESS THEN 1 STAR. This is a shite service. I order online BECAUSE I AM BUSY. I get NO NOTIFICATION WHEN THE ORDERS ARE LATE AND OUTSIDE THE DELIVERY TIMES - I GET NO DISCOUNT FOR THAT - Even though IT WASTES MY TIME. I arranged a delivery time with a driver, he did NOT ARRIVE and the next day THERE WAS NO DELIVERY AND COLES DID NOT EVEN CALL ME. I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES TO ARRANGE A REFUND. POOR PERFORMANCE AND WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME - It would have been quicker to go to the store and I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED MY GROCERIES..!!!
NO STARS but 6ft under!!! They can't even provide an email address that is active on their website to make FORMAL COMPLAINTS.
IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 48 HOURS SINCE MY ORIGNAL COMPLAINT LOGGED WITH COLES (4 CALLS) & (10 TEXT MESSAGES) PLUS 4 EMAILS TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT GENERIC SUPPORT FORMS. THIS STILL REMIANS UN-ACTIONED & UNRESOLVED AND UN-ATTENDED!!!
I RANG AGAIN NOW AT12:01PM 30/8/21 (THE FIFTH TIME) TO GET THE SAME BS, WE CAN'T TRANSFER YOU TO A SUPERVISOR. HOWEVER, YOU CAN TAKE MY MONEY, NOT DELIVER, LADY DRIVER ABUSES ME, LADY DRIVER HANDS MY NUMBER TO A GUY NAMED EMILLIO??!! WTF WHO PROCEEDS TO HARASS & HEAVY ME - HOW DARE COLES HAND MY NUMBER TO OTHERS TO HARRASS ME!!! WHO THE HELL IS RUNNING THIS SHOW!!!!

They take your money and don't refund - over 48 hours since the complaints that are growing by the minute!!
I'm so over being charged twice for orders and then when you contact Custer care all you get told is to wait 7/10 days for the money to be taken off pending.this is not good enough...another supermarket that I have shopped online with done this to me once and when I called about it.they sent a release form to my bank and the funds were back in my account straight away.will not be shopping with Coles ever again.

Many items are OUT OF ORDER. Coles wont notify you until items are delivered.
Customer service name Ethan was unprofessional (rude) when call about the orders.
Would NOT use Coles online in the near future.

Worst shopping experience ever.I tried coles online shopping for the first time and my pick up time was between 4.00-6.00pm. I got an email from coles after 4.00 pm on the day to inform me that half my order was not in stock and they had replaced it with other things that i did not want.Half an hour trying to contact someone called customer care got me no where, I ended up canceling the order and that cost me $30.00 non negotiable.. I will never do this again and i think coles should be ashamed for treating customers like this.
God, give some brain for coles management team. they have unprofessional customer service people and I wait for 2 hours for telephony service and they change my delivery system too. they waste my 3 hours. they deserve for 1 rating.
