I find it very disappointing when ordering an item Online that only half the parcels of the one item are delivered and the other half need to be picked up from the P.O.! With no apology or explanation given, rather being made to feel like, " how dare you complain!" The service of the local Parcel delivery contractor can only be described as substandard! With the attitude of the Postmaster at Blayney P.O NSW 2799, "Rachael" as a meglamaniac! This poor type of service makes one very careful to try and buy items that a shipped via courier rather than Australia Post, because you know you will get your item delivered!
