I am being given the run around big time. For the past year! They won't refund my money ($1600) even tho it was Covid which stopped us flying, when I have tried to 'rebook' as per their online instructions you don't hear from them so you are literally in limbo. When you call their number its automated reply and they will only talk to you if you happen to be flying within 24 hours. They have the upper hand along with my money. All I want is a refund. I'm fed up with no one replying to my emails. How are you supposed to rebook when no one confirms the flights? Ridiculous situation.
Terrible company, did not advise that our credited company amount had to used per person, effectively halving the amount we had already paid in tickets. Wait times are beyond a joke to talk to anyone weather online via their chat ‘service’ or by phone. Often waiting 2 or 3 hours to only be cut off and have to start again. Horrid service to customers
After 2 years, I just want my money back.
I booked flights for my wife to travel overseas to care for her very sick mother. Given the circumstances, flexible return flights were necessary. I checked the Fare Rules advertised by Webjet before booking. Webjet is now claiming the fares are not flexible and can't be changed to a different date or cancelled.
I have replicated the booking for future dates and confirmed they are still falsely advertising flexible fare rules for the same time slot with the same airline under the same circumstances that I booked them for.
I have spent 3 days and countless hours trying to resolve this but they keep putting me on hold, telling me they're "escalating it" and refusing to put me through to anyone that can actually help me.
At this point I'm just so angry I will fight this as hard as I can, even if that means taking them to VCAT.
Webjet - adapt and have processes that cater for this COVID world and us all trying to book flights using credits. I have Air NZ credits with Webjet. What a JOKE of a process. Webjet should have by now had a self help/booking portal up and running so customers with credits don't have to spend hours and hours and hours on hold or just not being communicated with. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Just read reviews on the internet about Webjet and the handling of bookings through COVID. NO EXCUSE and you are costing us all money due to your poor processes that you have not upgraded. Refund us or build a portal so we can access out flights and credits. Air NZ have done it so why can't you? You have caused grief for customers and your staff through lack of action. Hopeless
The webjet agency got the refund from airlines but not giving that credit amount.
I was hold for 1 hour yesterday and 2 hours today. I am still waiting to resolve my concerns.
I want to use the ‘Manage My Booking’ service but these CROOKS expect me to blindly choose a box that gives them the authority to charge up
To $100 per person PLUS any additional fees related to the change in flight. There is no transparency as they provide absolutely NO information about prices or the total that will be charged. This is unethical and I can’t believe they are doing it. I WANT Webjet to call me so it can be sorted out. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced without a doubt!!!
Would give them zero stars if I could. They do not answer calls, emails, web chat or messenger to resolve an issue booking flights using flight credits. They have essentially stolen my money and provided no way to access the credits. The airline can’t do it without authorisation from webjet yet you can’t speak to anyone at webjet to get authorisation. Worst travel agent EVER.
Made a flight booking weeks ago using credit, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. They won't respond to emails and can't call them. I'm regretting using them in the first place
We booked our flights through webjet, they were then changed without us being notified. I spent almost 4 hours on hold and never got to speak to anyone. After another 2.5 hours on messenger our flights were finally changed back to our original departure date. No one has offered an explanation or even bothered to reply to my email. There is a distinct lack of customer service. I will certainly think twice before using webjet again 😡
