I had booked accommodation on the Gold Coast at the Novotel Surfers Paradise back last year in August 2021 so I could attend my Daughter's wedding for 5th February, 2022. I received an email from Wotif on the 10th November, 2021 advising that my accommodation has been cancelled and that I can request for a refund, I still have not received my refund after emailing them several times. I am not happy and feel as though I have been robbed. They have failed to resolved this issue and still to this day I am still waiting for them to do the right thing and give me my money back.
Very disappointed. Waiting almost 6 months for a refund
I cannot contact this company except through virtual means.
No given email address works. The phone numbers provided cut off the call at all options that do not fit your query. All I want is a mailing address to send in my evidence for a refund. Very frustrating...
