Xiaomi Australia complaints number & email.
I have owned 5 MiBand products commencing with the MiBand original and 4 Mi phones since 2012. The recent MiBands have been a complete failure owing to disastrous data readings. I have a naturally slow heart beat, resting in low 40's, but the MiBand's record the times as napping, so that supposedly I am sleepling and napping up to 15 hours a day. I have been using a MiBand 5, but recently purchased a MiBand 6 in the vain hope that would resolve the errors, but that was totally useless, and I returned the MiBand 6, and used the MiBand 5 again. In the hope I could correct the data errors I deleted and reinstalled the MiFit APP on my Xiaomi Pocophone, but the errors have intensified to the point that I have now removed the MiBand from my wrist, as I prefer to avoid the stress of the reported errors. The Bands have also not recorded my cycling exercise and continually freeze and stop counting. If forced to do so, I rate the MiBands as 1 star, but in reality that 1 star is not deserved as the MiBands are so bad. After nearly a decade of using Xiaomi products, I am now considering changing to another brand. I have been complaining about these errors via feedback, but have not received a response.
Panmi will only act on Xiaomi products that have been purchased from them, but will not act on complaints regarding Xiaomi products purchased from sources such as Ebay. That is totally wrong in adopting that attitude.
