Rang early theough the week to find out if I could pick up and was told if not delivered by Thursday could ring and organise that but now I’m being told that they have to request to pick up and now my kids are going to miss out on a Christmas present so unhappy when estimated arrival was 8th December
We rejected the delivery. But it still shows deliver. Have emailed and called them many times. Still they are unable to gigure it out. Now I am in loss of 800$.
We are very disappointed the Service.
Little bit unorganised. I have to stay home all day for waiting my goods.I would like to pick up but they mentioned because Covid Issue I'm not able to do that.They can't more specified the time which is not convenient to who is working.I lost one day which is cost me.
Who is going to recover my cost??
The driver was the worst delivery person I have ever come across in 30 Years which is saying a lot
Useless! Package was meant to arrive on the 15th, it’s now the 22nd. I’ve called twice obviously frustrated and because I swore (not directly at anyone) they hung up, I called back to complain, didn’t swear this time and the woman named Vicky hung up on me again.
Still no package, and no answers. The tracking site has stayed the same for the last week too.
Don’t bother asking to speak to a manager either, must be another code word for you to be hung up on.

Rude consultants and inconsistent information. I have had 3 interactions via the call centre and none delivered a customer focused outcome. The agents then proceeded to not take accountability for my order and blame other companies for the fact that they did not know what I ordered even when I provided tracking numbers. I did not receive my parcels until I called and an agent advised they will now ensure it will be sent the next day. Once I received my delivery it was damaged and missing $400 worth of items. I contacted the call centre and they proceeded to advice that they just got the other items in the order as they were missing which was contradictory to other telephony contacts. I am requesting an sincere apology and immediate response to why I have not received items that have been logged in the Allied Express Australia system.
Third time driver had written "check address" for packages sent by Kmart. We literally have a bin with an orange cone at the driveway and wer at premises all day. Driver couldn't have missed it but apparently they couldn't find it.
Kogan get allied to pick up tvs for repair so they organised it but couldnt pick up at my address so star track picked up instead allied never let me know so anywho now the tvs gone missing and i was calling allied to ask for the con note number and i got a little upset cause they couldnt do it let alone a lady did it for me the week befire??!! So im just asking who would of asked star track to pick up from me? I get hung up on!!! Then i ring again they here me and hang up again??!! Im going what?? I ring again but im recording this time on my phone and lady answer's heres my voice then i here them laughing at me through the phone then i get hung up again on purpose !!! I ring again get hung up on!! I ring insterstate i get a lady who heres my voice for 10sec i here nothing then get hung up on!!??i rang 5 more times got hung up on. Ive just lost my mum and dad to covid i dont need this atm.. it bought me to tears cause of the stresss it gave me.and now i find out 9 days later that star tarck picked up for allied and took it to the allied depot that i rang last week 3 times and they couldnt find it yet allied couldnt tell me that at all which was one of my questions to allied im duscuted in allieds behaviour and embarrassed and i just hate you guys now. You guys use to be good 10 years ago or more but now you are just rubbish people who like laughing at people when they are feeling down.
