I requested a refund as Courier Please not come to pick up my parcels for 1 week. But 3 months later I haven't received my money back. Customer services is useless they even couldn't provide company refund processing time. I wonder how you are unable to process my refund. Unacceptable.
My parcel was posted in August. It has not been delivered. I've asked for it to be returned to me. It still hasn't and its now 27 Oct. Shit service. Shit responses.
ABYSMAL SERVICE - PACKAGE THROWN ON THE KERBSIDE - NOT DELIVERED TO HOUSE OR 'LEFT IN SAFE PLACE' AS INSTRUCTED
If I could give you ZERO...I WOULD! Utterly hopeless company....makes Australia Post look like a Rolls Royce! No notification that they were delivering....then they didn't deliver to my home anyway...but instead just sent an email to arrange redelivery via a very difficult electronic form ...almost impossible to fill out if you're elderly & with eyesight problems, as I am! No way to get to SPEAK with a HUMAN BEING on your 1300 number...& no other Avenue to make contact. OUTRAGEOUS! YOU SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS
Your service is atrocious and disgraceful. After calling every day for 2.5 weeks, my courier was returned to sender. You are not even giving me a refund of shipping charges and on ebay you have marked it as sent. Complaint Ref # 3342453
Absolutely dreadful. I have waited 8 days for a driver to collect an expedited delivery parcel. It still hasn’t been picked up. They took payment immediately. Each time I ring I have been fobbed off with excuses such as we are busy, we don’t pick up from your area (they do) and we will rebook. They have already done that. I will NEVER use this service again. Rating is shown as one star because I couldn’t submit my complaint without nominating a rating. Rating should be ZERO.

Booked a parcel to go to Sydney on Friday 21st of August cannot contact the company as their online form doesn’t work
Have been charged & paid for a service have no way of contacting them
Forced to find an alternative which has cost me a whole lot more
