Wish i could give no stars..............................................................................
If you want your parcel to be delivered ontime, use someone else. Took over a week and a half for a parcel to go from Brisbane to just outside of Toowoomba. Rang to get an update with no call backs from departments supervisors on finding out if I could get the parcel from a depo and do the job for them. Kept getting told it was still in the time frame they gave the parcel to be delivered and nothing they could do until it went over the time frame. Only got contact when it was delivered to tell me the parcel had been delivered and if there was anything else this person could do. Hopeless.

Avoid this courier if you value your business!

I am waiting on two separate parcels from this courier.
Ist one was picked up from seller 9 days ago and seems to have vanished. The tracking page tells me the parcel is in transit, but how does an hour drive from seller to buyer take 9+ days? The online complaint form sent through has not helped. The 8 phone calls to the offshore Help & Support centre has not helped. They keep telling me every time they will phone the driver, but after a minute on hold return to inform me saying they haven’t been able to contact the driver, that they will escalate my enquiry… still I wait!

Yesterday whilst working in my front garden, a van pulled up across the road. I thought it was parcel #2 about to be delivered. The driver went through items in his van, then drove off. The following day, I received a message saying an attempted delivery was made stating the very time I had witnessed the van parked opposite. Really ?!

Do not use this courier, there is NO service. Couriers?? Please!!

Had card left in letterbox for attempted delivery , while i was at home all day , didn't even bother to come to my door , online re-delivery form does not work , rang the complaints number was talking to a "customer support " member until it all got too hard for him and put me on hold , after some seconds the call was disconnected . Rang again and got someone else , promising to have my item re-delivered on Monday ( first call made on Friday ) , now late Monday and still nothing . Avoid this courier like the plaque (?) . Am waiting for a call back .

Ordered animal crossing cards, sent to wrong address, tried emailing them, couldn’t get in touch, asked ebgames to email them, they couldn’t do it. They posted it, asked for refund, wouldn’t give it. I can’t call them because their phone is disabled or disconnected, can’t email them because no email ono their website. Shit service

My parcel says delivered with ATL and I have not received it, I sent in an email and also tried to call the support line several times and a recording says due to COVID they are too busy and the line is then disconnected. My email has not been responded to, I have never experienced a service like this. Not a good customer experience. I would never use them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! My parcel was delivered and the courier didn't use his common sense to put the parcel in a safe place (as in over the fence, like all other courier companies), which someone else helped themselves to it. This company has now cost me money due to the negligence of their staff. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

Parcels have been left in various places, never at the door or a safe place. They have been found next to the driveway entrance clearly visible to anyone passing by. They have been left exposed during wet weather, neighbours parcel left in a lane way. Basically yours is a rubbish service, perhaps you're not paying your delivery people enough. I will contact the people who sent the parcels and suggest that they re-consider there delivery contractors.

Poor customer service! Nobody picks up the phone and they do not ring you back but only leave a message. If they did answer they would just be taking complaints! come on get your act together!
