4 times delivery has been delayed, cannot get any satisfaction from ph number, bot or live chat. No way of cancelling order or changing delivery. Terrible service, don't use delivery. This was supposed to be a xmas gift.

Appalled at the wine I bought from Dan Murphy today.My guests left in horror saying they felt ill
I bought this bottle of wine today at Dan Murphys Chelneham.My guests were so upset after drinking one sip,they al complained of feeling ill.
Extremely disappointed. Went here for a price match with Ebay Boozebud and the staff in charge kept making up excuses one after another in order to not honour it.
Note I had already checked with customer service before heading there to make sure it was okay and had it in writing yet the staff kept saying no.
The first thing he said was they didn't price match boozebud, I pointed out it was via Ebay and showed him a photo of online saying it was okay.
Then he said he has to charge delivery fee, ebay does not have a delivery fee..
Then he said he was only able to apply up to a $50 price different. The price beat was less than $30.
After I pointed all this out he said come back tomorrow the manager is not here as so he can't put it through.
I went to Sunshine Dan Murphy afterwards and show them the Chat with Online and he put it through right away.

Ordered and paid for rare port 3 weeks ago, still not delivered in WA. They offer a complaints phone number, with an ansaphone message that says "we're not taking phone calls.
Worst and in my opinion most dishonest wine merchant in Melbourne and probably Australia. Very expensive French wine had defective cork. Cannot speak to anyone to complain!
I too made an online purchase and was sent the wrong product I made the order on the 12th of August and received the wrong order on the 24th of August. I waited 1hr in line on the phone and spoke to a male and did not get his name he assured me that someone would pick up the order and would send the right one. I waited until the 31st August waited 1hr again and spoke to Sandra and again assured me she would get someone to pick up the wrong order but in good faith gave me the postage back. With still having the wrong order I rang again and waited in a que and spoke to Daniel on the 2nd of September went through the whole thing again, he told me the wrong order would be picked up on Friday that week surprise surprise no-one turned up till Monday getting concerned I asked the driver what proof do I have that you have picked these up he gave me no answer reluctantly I gave them to him. I did not hear from anyone so I rang again on the17th of September and spoke to Daniel again and asked for a refund he assured me I would receive my refund what a joke this has all been. But wait no refund sent I could only get a live chat this time after another long wait and spoke to Lachlan he ended up ringing me and again assured me and did come through finally with the refund but the lowest thing of all was he took back the postage which really is a low thing to do after all I did not get my original order and was given, in supposedly good faith this to me was the icing on the cake. This online shopping experience has with Dan Murphy has done me I will never shop with them again.
I have been on the phone for 16 minutes waiting to speak to someone - nothing, nada and by looking at the reviews will not be ordering on line.
Try contacting them on their Help line or even their chat function,you will wait untill your dead!!!!
I was missing item from my delivery.
Their delivery option sucks big time.
