I went to The Good Guys Tempe to get a 75" Samsung 4K QLED TV. Mushfiq R, the salesman, was incredibly amazing and gave me all the background information on the model that fit my needs. I was also pleased with his professionalism and concern for the customer.
Service on my 1st visit, staff member asked if he could help me while I was walking out the door...when I returned half hour later still hard to get help from a staff member then the staff member had less knowledge about tv than I did, but was at least pleasant, picked out tv I wanted, but told I had to pay an extra $55 delivery I said no I wanted to take it with me, but would need a help to load it,
HELP WAS REFUSED, I'm a 62 year old female with an inoperative tear to my right shoulder rota cuff, I have trouble lifting a cup of tea let alone a tv, I explained this to staff membe.
I will not be bullied, that female manager needs to be dismissed before she loses your company more customers, because I can assure you I will never return to any good guys and I've brought heaps from you over the years, and yes I will be sharing my experience with family, friends and anyone else that will listen so they don't end up being humiliated like I was, now I have one more thing...
To get thos message through to you I had to give you a one star rating I now take it back
VERY POOR SERVICE
Very Quick to take your Money and no Morals to even Return a call from a human,How the hell can you View a TV without all the Basics that actually should come with it,And Then continually come up with EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE.If you did not want to Sell online purchases why do so.This Store is most Deceitful and Not is there CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a chest freezer online and received an email saying delivery booked for 21/09/2022. I rang local store who said they couldn't find the order number and couldnt help with online orders after being continuously put on hold.. They gave a 1300 number which I was on hold for 47 minutes before I selected the call back option. NO CALL BACK RECEIVED , contacted Local store again and was told they will follow up and call me back before close. No call back again just a text message saying your order is pending no further information on delivery given Run back again to be told I would receive a call from IT department the following day. The floor staff who answered my calls initially were very nice and transferred my calls to admin section where I never spoke to a different person each time to assist. Unable to check order online as no order number was given after online transaction, order number received in email the next day but was untraceable. 2 hrs on phone trying to sort when my order would be delivered but still waiting for resolution 3 days following my payment which went thru immediately when placing order.. Very Poor Service
I seldom take the time to complain but I am moved to complain about the Good Guys at Artarmon for poor service but on returning damaged goods every staff member could run away fast enough.. they didn't listen to my concerns and were down right rude.. seem they don't get paid for customer service
The online store indicated the item was in stock when I ordered it. 1 month later, I have contacted them by email and by phone. The online number is useless, it redirects you to the local Good Guys store. The local store have no idea what is going on, or when my item will be delivered. The online store is a total scam to consumers.
Delivery of fridge, washer & drier meant to come on Sat. Two items out of 3 delivered. Long long phone calls assured it would be delivered next day , Four more long phone calls on Sunday now have to wait till Monday. Monday comes no drier delivery. Four mor phone calls - promised it would definitely be delivered on Tuesday. Now been waiting all day , nearly 1pm . I’ve been ring since 9:30 am to confirm a delivery window - assured “its on its way , and you”on the list “ just cant tell you delivery time . Four more phone calls , still waiting . Spoke to four different people saying they would call back. No call backs , no drier.
Just want to let you know I was in your Joondalup store today looking to purchase a number of items. I was after some information on a Samsung tablet one of your employees when asked said he was not in sales but would get someone. At the time your staff would have out numbered customers by two to one. A couple of staff looked in our direction and another simply walked straight past but offered no assistance. We left and went to Harvey Norman about two minutes up the road, were greeted by a sales person within a minute or two and proceeded to purchase a tablet plus two 58 inch televisions plus extended warranties. All business lost by zyour store because of a lack of interest by your staff.

Went in for a warranty repair for a vacuum. For some reason they and the manufacturer didn't want to repair it themselves and instead ordered parts so I could repair at home. Very strange. Parts took an unusually long time to arrive. Turns out the parts arrived literally 3 weeks ago (as I checked on Australia Post using the tracking number) and no one bothered to send a text message or an email or a call to let me know that the parts arrived. I called multiple times during those 3 weeks and they all said that that the package hasn't arrived. Had to wait an extra 3 weeks for no reason. Funny thing is that I asked when it arrived and they told me last Friday, being 3 days ago. But actually it arrived 3 weeks ago on a Tuesday. If you're that incompetent and don't want to do the warranty repair, just let me know and refund me or give me a replacement item.
