Discharge Authority not actioned
City where company is located (optional): Sydney
HSBC have not actioned my discharge authority within 3 weeks therefore delaying my refinance with Westpac. I am disgusted with their relationship manager in Sydney who is very difficult to contact and only responds to certain emails. HSBC is a disgrace and I rate them 0 star
