The HSBC app seems highly safe and is straightforward to use. When I first started using it, they helped me with a problem and did so in a timely and kind manner.
HSBC have not actioned my discharge authority within 3 weeks therefore delaying my refinance with Westpac. I am disgusted with their relationship manager in Sydney who is very difficult to contact and only responds to certain emails. HSBC is a disgrace and I rate them 0 star
