They are incompetent have ordered a phone and paid for through insurance ring up a week later the product hasn’t even been sent or processed as somebody forgot to do it then rang head office gentleman said it hadn’t even left a week later after waiting a week so two weeks gone then still waiting a week to receive the product by mail coming from Kedron to Marryborough a two hour trip via Courier or post very incompetent staff Three weeks to receive a phone pathetic JB hi-fi pathetic
