I bought a vaccuum/mop system that I can't use because there is no where for the water to come from or go to when mopping.i have sent email requests multiple times to no avail. I have been searching for a number to call but the customer complaints number is this article is actually not for Kogan products it's only for Kogan mobile services. So there is no where to call
Order lost in the mail, tracking had it never leave Vic. Contacted kogan 6 times to no avail, got told it probably was left with a neighbour (again it never tracked into the state), I was then ignored and 2 and half months later still no item and I'm down $120. Horrible company.
Received notice to say TV delivery had been pushed back by 30 minutes. A couple of hours later received another message to say my TV will not be delivered today. Absolutely hopeless service from Kogan. No one picks up there complaint telephone line. It’s misleading. There is an automated message with menu at the other end about their mobile phone plan.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE.
I still did not get my refund, I filed the refund in October.

Without doubt, Kogans approach to Customer Service is avoidance. The phone number tells you to go to a website and fill in a form which seems to go round and round in perpetual motion. They say they will call you back if you want to talk to someone, but don’t hold your breath. “We are sorry, our suppliers are investigating and will get back to us within 3 business days.” Basically go get lost. No body cares..... A rating is required for this review... 1 star or 0 stars
First: to say Kogan's contact system is appallingly unserviceable is a complete understatement.
I follow the instructions and it just goes round and round between order history and contact-order history and contact.
Does Kogan realise how angering and incompetent their IT is to the customer?
Almost like they simply want us to disappear.
Worse than useless.
They should be ashamed.
Next: I ordered two computers, one with a bundled SD card; then another with a separate SD card.
Only the first bundled one turned up.
I have waited because Kogan's online notice said that often an order in several parts may arrive at different times.
But I have now rechecked and it now says it was all delivered on 22 December.
Which is simply a lie.
Clearly some moronic idiot in Kogan's order-dispatch department failed to notice there were TWO parts to the order and just sent one part.
OR the second part has been lost in the Post/Parcel Post system.
Either way I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR.
Where is MY SECOND COMPUTER- a Kogan Atlas 14.1 N 300 Laptop at $299 and the San Disk 256 GB SD Card?
I demand Kogan confirm they are on the way IMMEDIATELY.
They have my number and I expect a call from a live human being.
Legal action will follow if they fail to satisfactorily resolve this issue.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have come across. They just do not respond to any of my messages through their customer care centre. What customer care I am thinking! They do not have any. My product is an inferior cheap outdoor setting that if an adult sits on it it will surely break in half. Inferior product, plastic coming off legs, terrible customer service. Absolutely no rating at all should be given to this company. Buyer beware just dont buy from them.
