Have a problem with battery.Just need to ask a couple of questions and don't think i should be giving out credit card details . Have tried to contact via email and phone to no avail. Terrible service.Will not be purchasing anymore products from this company.
I really should have taken a look on the customer care review before buying anything from Kogan. Worst customer care ever.
Order is cancelled successfully and credit processed, but credit never hit to my account. I have emailed Kogan service centre numerous times but only received auto reply. Nobody is willing to solve the problem or contact me.
They delivered the wrong product. we have ordered 65" TV they delivered 55" TV and without proper customer service we're trying to follow up through email, it is a nightmare. I will suggest don't fall in for Kogan products at all. They're the worst in Australia.
I ordered so many things from kogan only few got delivered, how can such company be still running, don't they have to abide by any law...I did not receive my item and few have not been dispatched..I thought there was no room for such companies in Australia
Really bad experience and there is no contact from kogan customer care.I cannot talk to someone about the issue.The email they just ignored and not replying me back.

Bought a pair of shoes, just wanting to exchange for a bigger size. The packaging got broken, so i have to use my own packaging, meaning i have to write the address on the packaging. Didn't realise it was so hard to find the correct address to return it to! No contact phone number, only Koganmobile and haven't heard any responses from the customer care team after a week of trying to contact them!
My rating is zero, it just does not allow me to give that rating. Do not purchase from Kogan. There is no support provided or access to customer service when you need it. I purchased a product that failed to arrive. I have emailed Kogan several (as there is no phone contact) & have not had a response- just ignored. The customer centre online is not accessible until you login and my account has been locked so I have had absolutely no help, no response to my email and. No product delivered and out of pocket $100. You are better off going to another site and paying slightly more for a product and receive the product abs be treated like a customer , rather than using Kogan who are unreliable, non responsive and take money and don’t deliver products
