I am writing to commend an employee at City Nissan (Collingwood) Spare Parts.
I recently needed a spare part for my Nissan. I rang the Collingwood Spare Parts division as the Nissan spare parts closest to me was unavailable due to Covid restrictions.
I was lucky enough to get 'Edward' on the phone. He went above and beyond what most employees do nowadays, especially in these restrictive Covid times. Not only did he secure the best price for the part I needed, but also offered to drop it to my mechanic's garage on his way home. He was efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
I have written because many people only write about negative experiences. I wanted you to know that Edward is a credit to your company and that my problem was quickly addressed and yesterday rectified by my mechanic - due only to the diligent attention I received.
