Nissan Australia complaints number & email.
I have an issue with my Pathfinder
Around 15 December 2021, the engine warning light came on.
I was losing power - the car would drop from 100k to 80 k when I was driving up hills.
I book the car into Bathurst Nissan to have the issue looked at - that took 2 days,
They found misfire code - cleared code from history
checked sparked plugs etc
They charged $130.00 even throw the car is under warranty ???
On 19 January, the issue returned
20 January when I tried to start the car it would not idle
I finally got the car started but it was running ruff.
Nissan look at the car again but not until Friday 22nd when they advised me it was dirty petrol.
I gave them permission to drain the petrol but was advised they would need to car for a few more days.
Monday 24 I was advised what they tried on Friday did not work
Tuesday 25 after I made a number of calls I was advised they are still working on the car and they have been talking to Nissan for advice.
Thursday - today I called and was advised the car is still being worked on and they have been in a discussion with Nissan, thinking it may be the heads??
I have been without a car now for over a week
I need to get to Sydney urgently as the family received some bad news yesterday
What I look for if the car is not ready by COB Friday, they provide me with a loan car at no cost
They also told me the car was not under warranty - I was able to prove them wrong.
I have just been in contact with Nissan Service Bathurst and they have just advised me they are doing a leak test?? Whatever this is.
They tell me they can't provide me with a loan car, I don't know why -- They have had the car now for 2 weeks?
I can't see the car being ready today.
I don't think they know what they are doing!
My car constantly has to be jump started due to some kind of computer era and o have had to buy 3 new batteries cos Fertree Gully Nissan won’t or don’t know how to do diagnostics to one of their cars. Now they are trying to make me pay for another tow truck to get it 200 mitres to where they are. Holy crap they are bad bad news.
No positive assistance with cost towards failing injectors at 102000 kms
I am writing to commend an employee at City Nissan (Collingwood) Spare Parts.
I recently needed a spare part for my Nissan. I rang the Collingwood Spare Parts division as the Nissan spare parts closest to me was unavailable due to Covid restrictions.
I was lucky enough to get 'Edward' on the phone. He went above and beyond what most employees do nowadays, especially in these restrictive Covid times. Not only did he secure the best price for the part I needed, but also offered to drop it to my mechanic's garage on his way home. He was efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
I have written because many people only write about negative experiences. I wanted you to know that Edward is a credit to your company and that my problem was quickly addressed and yesterday rectified by my mechanic - due only to the diligent attention I received.
