After six months, my six-month-old Samsung phone mysteriously died. Being away from home meant I had to get a new phone. Samsung offered zero assistance. I was able to address the problem with the help of Officeworks West Gosford.
I placed order online already been 8 days, no confirmation nothing so I called store they cant track it and manager said she will in couple of hours to confirm what's happening never got a call back and when I went to store they gave me 1300 number, well if that was the number to call why I was not informed while I was on the phone to manager and no courtesy to call back. Very poor service . Only reason I give 1 star is BECAUSE I have to give a rating
I can see why Officeworks has a 2 Two star Rating at Campbelltown store they are the worst staff to deal with if you need anything for your office or home go elsewhere as the staff are the most unhelpful
I went to Officeworks last week to get a new security package for my computer. Lately I had been tracked by a government agency and they were deliberately sending harmful viruses to both my PCs and I needed something to block that. I went in at their request ready to make a purchase and the young man who attended to me freaked out as if I had a pocket full of Anthrax. I complained to the manager and he banned me from the store. I then came home and made a complaint to head office and they threatened me with the police if I continued this line of enquiry, WHY? What exactly did I do wrong?
Very poor service and a manager that has no customer experience. Only reason i give 1 star is BECAUSE i have to give a rating
Tried to buy colour board that was marked $3.05 but, at the checkout they tried to charge me $11 for 2pcs. When I pointed out the mistake they said it had the wrong barcode even though the product was marked at $3.05 they said because it had the wrong barcode I should pay $5.50 for the $3.05 board. This is typical of Westfarmers. They are big enough to not care about losing a few customers as they know they can steal of the rest. The only reason I rated 1 star is they refuse to accept no stars.
I bought a product (printer) from Melbourne CBD and it comes out to be faulty and due to restrictions I try to call my nearest store to replace and order new one.
But the manager info that she can't return as i have to return to the same store only after few months and can only order new one from her store.
I explain her that due to govt restriction I can't go to CBD but she said that I have to wait to go that store only.
In my 15 years I have never come across such things that can't come across .
Should I get upset about printer I buy from officeworks or panic to be in vic where govt have restrictions to make things difficult.
Please advise.
At the time of purchase, customer is convinced for extra cover replacement but you people don't provide service even in manufacturer's warranty. It's more than one week that no one is listening to my problem and no one is there to replace or repair my laptop due to which I am getting in loss day by day.
