good evening, i am getting in touch with you regarding the fact that the K Mart stores near me have no "covid safe Tas" QR codes for customers to sign in ----- in these times of instant transmission these codes are vital for tracking people when (NOT IF) an outbreak happens in TAS
I will not be shopping in K Mart until this is remedied ---I have health conditions so if i get covid i am in a great deal of trouble & i am sure that many many customers are thinking like me - cheers Judy

Hi dear had a very bad experience with the store manager named shareq. My child was holding a ball in his hand . And she said I m the manger you need to leave "my store ". It's a insult

I am writing to you to advise you that your register service is disgusting. There is never anyone to look after you and only half of the machines are working. I was in the queue for approx. 10 minutes when in the store last week and this has happened again this week. Very frustrating. Where is all the staff to help you, there is just no one around. More staff is needed. I was not the only one to complain about this.

Poor customer servic from many of the staff.
I asked one younger dark hair girl filling near mens section.
Asked where desk lamps are. She said "next section" very rudely.
I said "where"?
She then ignored me acting rudely

I was so excited that carindale Kmart was opening today, it was a bit of a let down ,no promotional items ,not even a balloon to say hey we are opened ,pretty poor standard for an opening in my opinion, but on a positive side they had great staff ,fully stocked shelves, covid 19 safe ,and the store itself was well set out , I love Kmart ,thank you

I took a ride to Kmart which is more than 1 hr away from my home,I bought several items . When I got home I noticed than an item was missing , a package of Robitussin Honey cough medicine , a two pack which had daytime and nighttime cough medicine. The item costs $15.49 plus tax. The cashier at the register had packed the bag. He left out the cough medicine. I called the store to see what they would do for me because I live so far away And the person who answered said that they were the store manger and they couldn’t do anything for me because the cashier didn’t bring any items that we’re left behind to her. If I had packed my own bag I would have noticed that this item was missing. I would like to get a refund on this item and have a check mailed back to me for the full amount of item plus the tax.

Refuse to answer phone tried for nearly two hours for an enquiry about my layby i know they get busy but this is down right unacceptable i think
