Speak with someone whose name was Gordon. I asked him where the Croydon bus stops because he sounded quite grumpy. He stated that he couldn't help with that and didn't even look it up. For crying out loud, this is a PTV hub; learn to interact with and assist your consumers. Aside from that, the other employees are helpful.
