How to make a Complaint to RTA
Complaints handling is available on the RTA website via ‘Customer Support.’ The first step is to call on the complaints line 1300 366 311. The RTA is the Queensland Government statutory authority that administers the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 (the Act). The RTA is accountable to the Minister for Communities and Housing, Minister for Digital Economy and Minister for the Arts.
