Fantastic staff and reception. a wide variety of meals and beverages. Lots many amenities, including communal spaces and immaculate showers. It was unfortunate that the SingaporeAir workers mishandled our check-in and negatively affected our trip.

I had my flight cancelled due to the covid outbreak in March 2020.
I have since spoken to Singapore Airlines for many hours and each time I get told that they will call me back within 24 hours. Nothing.
After around eight phone calls to them I am totaly dissapointed at the lies and lack of customer service care.
I have fulled in a Cimplaint form but it has been ignored too.
I am losing all hope of ever getting my $1800 refunded or at least a rebooking ftim them.
Singapore Airlines has always been my prefered Airlines.
Angry and am taking advise on how to escalate this issue.
