I lived around the World since teenage age.been a member of US WU&AUS WU more then 30years.
For some strange reason WU has 'blacklisted"me w/out notice.so i feel extr.uncomfortable .abused&insulted.&dissapointed.myQ?they shld check the senders too.i never received more then sml amounts to my acc.very personal Nothing Alarming.as The world is too busy accusing everyday people

I canceled a money transfer and they dont want to refund. Its now 3 months and they transfer call within them saying transferkng to right department. Please be careful with this cheating and fraud company.
Initiated money transfer got cancelled and no response. They took our money. Small amount is ok but eitherway please be careful this fraud and cheating company.
Do NOT use this option for sending money overseas - they obtain all your bank account details and then cancel your transfer saying that they cannot verify your identity. Call centre located in the Phillipines. Gave one star as I was forced to rate (Otherwise I would have left blank)

Very Very bad service after getting the MTCN they sent an email saying that transaction has been cancelled haven't received money so far looks like they are big scammers too,,,

Dated 12/07 I placed account to account money transferred to India. Today is 18/07 and the money has not landed as yet into receiver's account. WU says they have sent the money to bank but bank branch advise they have not received the money from WU as yet.
Dated 13/07, I placed second transaction and after 4 days received email from WU advising Indian bank has not accepted the money. WU adv the payment will be refunded back to my account in 1-3 day. Today I have been informed that refund will take 7 days?
Lodged complaint WU but have not heard anything in last 4 days in a row.
First transaction has not reached bank account 6 days
Second transaction has not refunded after 6 days
Some of the customer service talks like a robot and does not let to talk to a manager.
I just want my money back WU. What a Company!!
Western union took our money and when we asked where it went they cancelled us
Hi, I made one transaction to India one week before and my transaction gone cancel. Then I made phone call and ask about transaction and they said me on phone you will get your money back in 3 business days. They got very very poor phone customer service system.
