Uber Eats Australia complaints number & email.
Made an order of significant amount which was covered with a voucher from my employer and the order never arrived. Submitted complaint to Uber Eats who acknowledged it but the voucher was not refunded to allow me to enjoy the benefits of the reward!! Also, the app is very restraining and does not allow follow up of a complaint. Deserve a rating of half star only!!
Absolutely hopeless, not one time I have ordered and the order is right , wrong every time, I get in contact with Uber and explain my issues they do provide me with a refund but it does not appear in my account which is so strange . The food is always disgustingly cold and chewy and not fresh at all.
I normally get Uber Eats to deliver from my favourite Asian restaurant, Sing's Asian Kitchen at Rosalie, but I haven't been able to recently as it appeared pick-up was only available via your app & I need my food delivered for very valid reasons. When I recently ordered from another Asian restaurant via Uber Eats, the food was disgusting, was nowhere near the quality of my Sing's & it caused the worst case of food poisoning I've ever experienced! Last night I phoned Sing's to query the problem on the Uber Eats app & they said they were in fact receiving orders & delivering them via Uber Eats & had several orders they were completing. Then when I tried Doordash for the first time, my order went through & was delivered promptly without any issues. Why isn't the delivery option available via the Uber Eats app when it should be & why were other people using your app able to place delivery orders when I wasn't? This is very misleading! Do you realise how much business you may be losing for Uber Eats as well as Sing's from other customers that don't use Doordash instead as an alternative option when Uber Eats fails? Very disappointed with Uber Eats, but glad & grateful that Doordash was able to carry my delivery order through. You need to fix this issue!
If i could give a negative star review i would. The other day, thuesday night I made an order and uber decided to take our two separate payments at two different times. I tried contacting uber and all they did was tell me to call my bank, so i did. My bank confirmed it was strange the way they took out two separate payments and it was a mistake on them. My bank gave me instructions on how to get my money back within two hours, just had to tell uber what to do. I fowarded the instructions on to uber, who again replied with the same automated messages. Because of thie and being a weekend and also the transaction pending, I couldnt dispute it through my bank until sunday and it can take anywhere from 3-48 business days for me to get my money back. Ill now miss a medical appointment on Tuesday because of this, and the whole time uber hasnt even communicated to me properly. They have ignored me time and time again and left me with no money in stressful times. Theres no number, human, email or office I could even go to. Completely unacceptable.

Ordered food from the shopping centre a km or so up the road. After not receiving any information from them for over an hour, they sent a message that ‘the delivery of your food was delayed by another delivery’. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold and disgusting.
Perhaps Uber’s employers shouldn’t be incentivised to accept multiple deliveries, that they ‘know’ in advance could take up to over an hour to complete? But hey, who am I kidding, no one holds companies like Uber accountable, and other online food delivery services suffer from the exact same problem of incentivising workers to promise delivery numbers they cannot physically achieve.

Ordered some food through Uber eats and it took me to get delivered for one hour and a half!!!! AND There is no way to complaint about this to Uber at all. No email or no complaints section on the web. I would never ever use Uber eats again.
Fucking big fat 0 for yaz ya useless fucks. Now I'm down 35 bucks because you can't keep up with whether the restaurant is fucking CLOSED .HAD to give 1 star to get this through. Cunts.

The driver dropped our meal on a concrete ground at the front door.
If my wife had not been home it would have sat there for ages because the driver did not push the door chime but quietly knocked on the door. I am deaf!!!
When I called him he just got into the car after looking at me calling to him.
