3 parts useless. The drivers don’t read instructions and deliver to the wrong address. Even when I call the driver to advise them to come back they answer, the order is delivered, I’m not coming back. Bloody useless!
Ordered fish and chips in Werribee, was surprised how quickly the Uber driver accepted the order - I watched him drive around in circles on the map, then an extra 20 minutes was added to the trip - I rang the driver, he said which one are you Uber or menulog, obviously had multiple deliveries- he saiid he would pick it up next. 5 minutes later the Uber driver rang me and said he could not find the fish shop and that he is going to cancel the pick up. WHAT! Very angry with this driver, he was very rude. Now another driver had to come and pick up the order, extending the delivery time to over 1 hour from when I made the order. Uber eats you have to pick up you game with your drivers. Very unhappy with Uber.
Their system puts the charges on the wrong card when using browser.
Investigated over several weeks and obtained proof that their system was at fault.
Submitted a lengthy email describing in intricate detail how to replicate the problem and the massive financial issues it causes for companies when the system charges personal cards by accident.
Cut-and-paste, robotic responses sending us in circles, repeating the same bullcrap over and over again, regardless of the response we sent to each one.
Absolutely hopeless. Never again. Whats that door one.?
I ordered food to come to my work address today and it ended up going to my home address so luckily enough my husband was home and drove 20 minutes to my work and brought the food, then my daughter who was at home ordered food from my account and she changed the address to our home address and it came to my work so again my husband had to make another trip to my work to pick up the food. So the point of Uber eats today was pointless it just caused such a headache today I don’t think I’ll be using Uber eats anymore
Driver didn't go to the right address, called driver who was already in his car after 1 minute of supposedly delivering food. Spoke with him, said he wasn't going to come back, was rude, irate and then called me a liar. Uber eats has no customer phone number to call, no email or customer support. No refund or customer support phone number to resolve issue, no food,and bank account is now lighter to the tune of $31, absolutely appalling customer service. If i could rate this a minus it would get 10 stars
So during this pandemic our delivery driver was not wearing a mask whilst gave me my food
I am sick of ordering uber eats and fucken drivers pick up and drop off another orders whilst they still have my order. I receive my food fucking cold. Happens alot. Fuck yous 🙂
